Deepti Ramachandruni

I am a software engineer and I joined Dr. Blake Meyers Lab in 2014 at University of Delaware on the computational side. I have a Masters degree (MS) in Electrical & Computer engineering from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. As Dr. Blake Meyers moved to Danforth Plant Science center in 2016 and to UC Davis in 2024, I continued to work remotely. I am based on the east coast in Newark, DE. My primarily responsibilities include working on building bioinformatics tools, preprocessing scripts, genome db building capabilities, web-tools, troubleshooting any issues & enhancing existing tools, and supporting the biologists in the lab.
